NDT Inspector - Level II

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Materials & Metallurgical Engineering

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.

2. Valid ASNT Level II and/or ISO 9712 Level II certification in relevant NDT methods.

3. Specific certification and demonstrated competence in RT and PAUT will be highly preferred.

1. Proven hands-on experience in RT and PAUT inspection jobs is essential.Strong practical knowledge of ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, weld inspection, and defect evaluation.

2. Familiarity with applicable international codes and standards, such as ASME, API, and relevant ISO standards.

3. Ability to interpret inspection results and prepare comprehensive technical reports.

4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

5. Willingness to work at different industrial project sites as required.

• Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), particularly Radiographic Testing (RT) and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT).

• Conduct inspections of weld joints, piping, pressure vessels, structural components, and other industrial equipment as per project requirements.

• Operate NDT equipment and perform accurate data acquisition, interpretation, and evaluation in accordance with applicable codes and standards.

• Prepare, review, and submit technically accurate inspection reports.

• Ensure compliance with applicable inspection procedures, codes, standards, and HSE requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and other inspection personnel to ensure timely and effective execution of assignments.

• Maintain inspection equipment, calibration records, and relevant technical documentation.
