Job Context:
∎ In this position, the Senior Executive/ Asst. Manager will support the management of the organization through planning and execution of the organizational goal to be one of the finest in the industry. They will also work closely as a team to facilitate the Hajj and Umrah services and collecting new clients.
∎ Superior Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah services as well as excellent written and oral communication skills are must.
∎ Visiting Saudi Arabia several times and having performed Hajj or Umrah more than one time is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
∎ Making arrangements of accommodations for Hajji's at Saudi Arabia.
∎ Keeping communication with the corporate clients.
∎ Keeping updated knowledge of Hajj and Umrah related issues.
∎ Keeping updated knowledge of Airline's Promotional offers.
∎ Ensure IATA Customer Portal / BSP Link operation.
∎ Must have thorough sound knowledge in GDS specially in Galileo, Abacus & Amadeus.
∎ Ensure Ticketing information for re-issue / refund/ re-valid.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Provide fare quotation and pricing to the customers.
∎ Take active part in promoting the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant in Computer application.
∎ Must know about online Ticketing.
∎ Good Communications skill.
∎ English Language proficiency must be good.
∎ Arabic Language proficiency is a plus.
∎ Nice Gestures & Postures.
∎ Flexible for office working hours.
