Job Content:
We are looking for Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Marketing & Sales will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives for “residential and/or commercial real estate projects”. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven track record in real estate sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Sales Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, broker networks, digital campaigns, and direct marketing.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to close deals.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Handle customer queries efficiently and provide detailed information about projects, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
Coordinate with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team for bookings, customer documentation, and post-sale follow-up.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for project launches and ongoing promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team for digital marketing, social media promotions, events, and exhibitions.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Support the branding and positioning of projects to enhance market visibility.
Coordinate with external agencies for advertising, creative development, and media planning.
Prepare marketing collaterals, brochures, and sales presentations.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to management.
Analyze sales performance and market trends to suggest improvements in strategy.
Monitor customer feedback to enhance service quality and retention.
