• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) will be considered an added advantage.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Mineral Water

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in the field of RO, Boiler, and Cooling Tower water treatment systems.

• Strong technical knowledge of chemical dosing, scaling, fouling and corrosion control.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• Must be self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willing to travel frequently within Bangladesh.

The role involves promoting and expanding market presence of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth in RO, Boiler, and Cooling Tower systems across Bangladesh.

Candidates must possess a verifiable track record of successful market penetration and existing client relationships within this specific industry.

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote the company’s brands to expand the market for water treatment chemicals in Bangladesh.

• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships, particularly in Dhaka and Chittagong.

• Collaborate with customers’ technical and operations teams to ensure successful application and satisfaction.

• Provide technical support on chemical application and troubleshooting for RO, Boiler, and Cooling Tower systems.

• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
