Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounts and Finance related all jobs.
∎ To prepare Store Materials Bill,Challan and it's In & out must be posted in Tally Record.
∎ To prepare & reports of Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual & Annual financial statements.
∎ To prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Timely preparation & analysis of all financial statements.
∎ To prepare the Annual report of the Company.
∎ To review & monitor all regulatory compliance matters on day-to-day transactions.
∎ To monitor GL regular basis.
∎ To review and ensure VDS, TDS, VAT returns, and Tax returns in a timely as per rules & regulations.
∎ Yearly Income TAX returns, Monthly VAT returns and other returns as per the requirement of tax authorities works, prepared supporting all documents for return submission.
∎ Any other accounts related to legal tasks assigned by Management.
∎ Work in a team environment and collaboration with various departments.
∎ To face yearly audits by the external auditors.
∎ To understand all of the company's liabilities and has many legal contracts, statutory & tax obligations.
∎ To ensure Company business model for generating customer value and translate the operational metrics into measures for performance.
∎ Reports financial status by developing forecasts; budget, reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
∎ Maintaining all sorts of business communication with Banks and Financial institutes.
∎ All other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ Must be practical experience on vat documentation in a manufacturing company for minimum two years.
∎ Practical knowledge in Tally ERP. 9 / Tally prime will be preferred.
∎ If don't have Practical Experience on above mention criteria did not need to apply.
