Accounts, Audit, cash management, Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep record of transactions
∎ Maintain record of assets
∎ Make timely entry of transactions in accounting systems using ERP software
∎ Prepare vouchers for financial transactions with proper supporting documents
∎ Prepare payment cheques, pay orders and bank reconciliation reports
∎ Assure filling and preservation of financial vouchers and files in a confidential manner
∎ Ensure and arrange timely disbursement of fund cheques/ cash flows
∎ Ensure compliance with TDS and VDS
∎ Ensure primary checking of bill/ vouchers before payment
∎ Maintain liaison with Tax, Vat, Procurement and other departments on compliance issues
∎ Maintain LC related transactions i.e. Export LC, Import LC, B2B LC, EDF etc.
∎ Calculate landed cost of raw material and capital machinery
∎ Maintain and record proper inventory related transaction in ERP
∎ Prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable IAS/ IFRS
∎ Develop, maintain and analyze budgets and variance analysis
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Very good in numbers
∎ Work under huge pressure and meet deadline
Salary: Negotiable
