Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Financial Statements in accordance with Standard.
∎ Preparing all vouchers and taking approval on it from authorized persons.
∎ All transactions are properly recorded in manually and electronically.
∎ Arranging any payment through cash or cheque or any other mode.
∎ Collection of cash from CSO and deposit into the bank in daily basis.
∎ Maintaining General Ledger (GL) to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
∎ Maintaining payments and receipts registers as well as ensure all the bills are paid and recorded properly.
∎ Maintaining the cheque book register or any register as necessary.
∎ Preparing the reports for the monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ annual meeting purpose.
∎ Preparing bank reconciliation statements and following up with banker and related party as and when necessary for clearing the outstanding transactions.
∎ Any works in respect of clearing and forwarding and other commercial works.
∎ Responsible for preparation of payroll sheet, pay slip, bank advice sheet etc.
∎ Preparation of VAT returns, supporting documents and submission of VAT return on time as per the law.
∎ Assist to the superior for making budgets, financial statement or any works as necessary.
∎ Control, monitor and guide the subordinates for any process of work.
∎ Preserve, control and secure all the vouchers, documents, register, cheque book etc. in good manner.
∎ Provide supporting documents and assistance to the auditors.
∎ Any other tasks may be assigned by the superior or authority.
Salary: Negotiable
