Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA/ CC will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for general accounting function including invoice recording, cash vouchers, Bank Vouchers, supplier payment vouchers, intercompany loan payment/Receipts vouchers and journal voucher preparation.
∎ Maintain petty cash management.
∎ Complete banking task as issued cheque with maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Maintain and prepare all kinds of register, cash books, bank books, bill registers, general ledgers and different registers related to finance and accounts.
∎ Ensure all daily financial transactions are properly recorded in the quick book software.
∎ Verify and authenticate the raised fund requisition.
∎ Monitor and make timely adjustments to any advance taken by the user.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation and other ledger reconciliation Statements.
∎ Monitoring and managing cash flow within the company, including cash inflows, outflows and liquidity management.
∎ Inventory and fixed asset management.
∎ Manage vendor performance, track supplier metrics, and ensure timely deliveries of goods and services.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports on cash flow statements and project overhead.
∎ Deduct VDS and TDS and submit the statutory authority.
∎ Coordinate and align with the finance team for finance and accounts-related issues.
∎ Perform any other task given by the management.

∎ Must be Tally Software Expert.
∎ Must be Expert in Bangla & English Typing.
