∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Accounts, Factory Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing DLD vehicles trip bill.
∎ Ensuring petty cash payment for trip bill and IOU adjustment.
∎ Petty cash related bill received & checking to ensure software entry.
∎ Prepare daily cash flow statement.
∎ Preparing and checking DLD Challan & other bill supporting.
∎ Managing Accounts related activities of the company.
∎ Checking and preparing of vouchers.
∎ Preparing expense bills.
∎ Ensuring accounting journal entries into the software.
∎ Preparing cash debit vouchers.
∎ Delivery order checking and release.
∎ Regular collection entry posting.
∎ Checking of transport bills.
∎ Prepare regular fund flow statement.
∎ Reconciling of liquid cash balance with ERP balance.
∎ Prepare monthly expenditure statement.
∎ Provision of sales related expenses and other expenses.
∎ Any relevant tasks as decided by the upper management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in plastics manufacturing company will get preference.
∎ Candidates must have a mindset to work in the factory and be capable to perform shifting duty
∎ Proficient in MS office suit & ERP software.
∎ Should well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Good communication skills with leadership qualities.
