∎ MBA/ MBS in Accounting or Accounting & Information Systems/ Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Corporate Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all Petty Cash Bills & carry out surprise Cash counting of Factories & Depots.
∎ Review inventory management and other operational process and recommend for its effectiveness in terms of resource utilization, timeliness and record keeping and maintain regular monitoring.
∎ Physical visit of Factories & Depots.
∎ Physical visit to Dealer and Sub dealer to reconcile due balance.
∎ Finalization of Control weaknesses, if any
∎ Drafting Report and sending the same to supervisor
∎ Developing Audit Plan and procedures to be followed
∎ Applying Analytical/Substantive Procedures and Collecting Audit Evidence
∎ Conducting Physical Verification of Raw Materials and Finished Goods and Reconciliation.
∎ Discussing with relevant departments for improved way of Fixed Assets/Inventory Management
∎ Conduct Awareness Session
∎ Review of existing Operational policies/processes and Identifying area of improvement
∎ Conduct special Audit, Job & Investigation as per instruction.
∎ Spot out any fraud, theft or any kind of financial irregularities.
∎ On time disposal of documents after audit to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
∎ Ensure reliability of information by reviewing the records and document and physical checking.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Proficient in MS office suit & ERP software.
