Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash, and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock records, trial balance, profit and loss account, Tax and VAT management, etc.
∎ Manage & oversee the daily operations of the Accounts & Finance Department including accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury & budgeting, cash forecast, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation & debt activity.
∎ Monthly salary & overtime sheet check. Maintain the Petty Cash.
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports or statements. Set up and enforce proper accounting methods, policies & principles.
∎ Ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation. Preparing all the vouchers (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase, etc.)
∎ Ledger reconciliations and reports from time to time to Management.
∎ Reviewing and updating financial policies & procedures, ensuring proper implementation & function of performing documents.
∎ Ensure maintaining VAT register and records including the declaration of Musak-2.1, Musak-2.3,
∎ Musak-6.1, Musak-6.2, Musak-6.2.1, Musak-6.3, Musak-6.6, Musak-9.1, and other books and paper records related to VAT
∎ Check documents, prepare & submit VAT Return and ensure its submission to relevant authorities with due diligence.
∎ Prepare monthly TAX/VAT return
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent practical knowledge on Tax, Vat & RJSC. Strong written and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to work hard.
∎ Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills. Advanced skill in MS Word & MS Excel
