∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Jewelry/Gem

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly experienced on all kinds of jewelries -diamond, gold, polki.
∎ Very positive personality with adequate knowledge about the items to share with the customers to make them decide on their purchase happily.
∎ Ensure proper presentation of the jewelries in the shop floor.
∎ Arrange storage and replenishment of the stock properly.
∎ Understand customer’s need, recommend the right product and ensure outstanding service to them.
∎ Resolve any issue of any customer regarding the products or services.
∎ Approach potential customers, offer advice and help hesitant customers to make a decision and try to close the sales.
∎ Be alert in the store all the time to prevent store thefts.
∎ Execute daily/weekly/monthly sales target.
∎ Ensure the physical stock count of the designated inventory every week.
∎ Ensure the quality checking in every week of the designated stock.
∎ Ensure adequate data to complete the customer database and support the Marketing Coordinator on any kind of customer related information.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Business.

Salary: Negotiable
