Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage a team of education consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional development and the achievement of team targets.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of consultancy services and manage client expectations throughout the engagement.
∎ Develop and implement effective consultancy strategies to attract and retain clients, drive business growth, and expand the company's reach in the education sector.
∎ Process, monitor or develop SoPs, CVs, University application, Visa Application or any other documentation and application required on behalf of the student/partners.
∎ Communicate and maintain relationship with University personnel of different functional country of overseas university
∎ Communicate and maintain relationship with different small scale B2B agents of SkyLane Education in different parts of Bangladesh
∎ Collaborate with senior management to set annual goals, targets, and budgets for the education consultancy department.
∎ Foster strong relationships with educational institutions, schools, universities, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and service expansion.
∎ Stay current with industry trends, changes in educational policies, and market demands to ensure the consultancy services remain relevant and competitive.
∎ Provide expertise and guidance to clients on education planning, curriculum development, enrolment strategies, and other relevant areas.
∎ Analyse market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our consultancy services.
∎ Monitor and engage in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the value of our education consultancy services to potential clients.
∎ Prepare and present reports on the department's performance, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salary is reviewed yearly.
∎ Profit sharing (commission) as per company policy.
