∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
∎ Knowledge of international education systems, standardized tests (such as TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, GMAT), and visa procedures.
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali, both written and spoken.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate student schedules.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking an experienced Student Counselor to join our dynamic team in Gulashn 1, Dhaka
∎ The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the education or study abroad industry, with a proven track record of guiding students through the application and enrollment process for international universities and colleges.
∎ Provide personalized counseling to students seeking guidance on study abroad options, including academic programs, admission requirements, and visa procedures.
∎ Assess students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable study abroad destinations and institutions.
∎ Assist students with the preparation of application materials, including resumes, essays, and recommendation letters.
∎ Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate students and parents about study abroad opportunities and requirements.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with university admissions officers, visa agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the application and enrollment process for students.
