Job Context:
∎ Location: Mohakhali campus, Dhaka.
∎ Contract Type and duration: Fixed Term basis; duration will be 2 Years with a possibility of extension subject to availability of fund and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ideate, draft and publish user-friendly summative documents like research briefs, policy briefs, knowledge briefs, press releases, quarterly reports, and communication pieces in both Bangla and English;
∎ Write, review, edit, and proof-check of existing content for multiple audiences including donors, government agencies, media houses, policymakers, and the mass audience;
∎ Conduct in-house research (combining online sources, interviews, and studies) to learn more about current developments and perceptions about the scientific topic, and contextualize findings under AdSEARCH;
∎ Update content for websites, social media platforms, and relevant content pages regularly;
∎ Assist the designer and social media officer with the content placement of need-to-be published materials and maintaining content consistency (language, brand tone, and typography) as per AdSEARCH’s brand guidelines.
∎ Work in collaboration with the Design Team and the Social Media team.
∎ Ensure content’s creative authenticity and the technicalities such as SEO optimization, ensuring high search engine rankings and clicks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years relevant experiences.
Salary:
∎ Annual 8,24,820/- inclusive of house rent and conveyance allowances and other admissible benefits
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 14.8% provident fund contribution, income tax paid by icddr,b, children allowance @Tk.1,917/- per child per month, festival bonus, contributory healthcare support including dependent spouse and children, group life insurance, and subsidized canteen. Transport and daycare facilities are subject to space availability.
