∎ Location: Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
∎ Requirements: Working six days in week.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor overall activities of the export and import, avail government incentives and coordinate with banks, other departments, outside parties, government offices.
∎ Monitor Work order financing & bank loan procedure.
∎ Prepare, collect and collate the loan and investments related documents
∎ Manage L/C & TT related work which include - corresponding with vendors, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Co-ordinate with custom, vat and others related Govt. Officials,
∎ C & F Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders, and Transport for Export & Import purpose etc.
∎ Maintain in / out flow of payment (L/Cs, TT etc).
∎ Maintain Time & Action plan, proper record of all LC, payment etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with logistic, CS as well as CNF to ensure custom clearance & smooth delivery.
∎ Monitoring overall activities of the Commercial section.
∎ Communicate with foreign buyers and suppliers.
∎ Maintain critical liaison with supplier, Port Authority, Shipping agent, Bank and Insurance Company.
∎ Cash incentive related to all documentation and conducting Audit against Cash Incentive claim in a timely manner.
∎ Responsible for renewal of Bond license, Fire license, Group Insurance policy, Annual audit report from customs authorities.
∎ Communicate with Schedule banks, NBFI's and Bangladesh Bank
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s) or more professional experience in trading business/indenting/agencies with relevant job responsibilities
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Commercial, Commercial Banking, Export & Import Through LC, Export/ Import through TT.
∎ Must be able to work independently and have sufficient knowledge about the Customs Bond, VAT and Tax rules related to Import, Import policies and SROs
∎ Must be well conversed in scrutinizing the Import L/C & TT terms & conditions.
∎ Basic understanding on duty structures, foreign exchange guidelines, with relation to import activities and basic shipping terms
∎ Good knowledge about International banking and international trade, loan management and project financing
∎ Having in depth Knowledge of Bank activities, customs rules regulations related to both Export & Import.
∎ Previous experience for DGDP & NSSD item delivery related commercial work will be an added advantage
∎ Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
∎ Excellent networking, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems
