We are currently seeking some ambitious individuals to join the team in the role of Senior Business Analysts for IED at Shyamoli Ring Road, Adabar Bazar Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced performance.
∎ Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, managers, and end-users, to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams.
∎ Solution Design: Develop innovative solutions and strategies to address business challenges, leveraging industry best practices, technology trends, and organizational goals.
∎ Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and make informed business decisions. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings to stakeholders.
∎ Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes, propose process enhancements, and facilitate their implementation by working closely with cross-functional teams.
∎ Change Management: Assess the impact of proposed changes on business operations and develop change management plans to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems.
∎ Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and manage expectations to ensure alignment between business needs and proposed solutions.
∎ Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user manuals, and training materials, to support project implementation and knowledge transfer.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and frameworks within the organization.
∎ Preparing Technical documents that include (but are not limited to)- System Requirement Specifications (SRS). Business Requirements Document (BRD), system design document (SDD), etc.
∎ Preparing User SOP, UAT, Inception Report, Business Technical Presentation, and other relevant reports.
∎ Preparing business Pilot/Test Plan, OAT, UAT Plan, Project Plan and other related Documents.
∎ Preparing other Proposal related documents in response to RFP, RFQ, EOI etc.
∎ Making financial analysis and feasibility reports before initiating new business projects.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must have practical working experience in
∎ Preparing User SOP, UAT, Inception Report, Business Technical Presentation, and other relevant reports.
∎ Preparing business Pilot/Test Plan, OAT, UAT Plan, Project Plan and other related Documents.
∎ Preparing other Proposal related documents in response to RFP, RFQ, EOI etc.
∎ Making financial analysis and feasibility reports before initiating new business projects.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
