Educational Requirements:
∎ A Post-Graduate degree, preferably in Business Studies from any reputed university and CA Course completed (Certificate Level completed will be given preference) from reputed chartered accountancy firm.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to carryout Internal Audit of 12 to 15 branches of Poverty Alleviation Program on quarterly basis.
∎ Should be able to conduct audit of United Trust other entities namely Health outdoor clinic and school on half yearly or yearly basis.
∎ Should be able to assist HR development program for the accountants.
∎ Should be able to obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documents, previous report, data, flowchart etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ External Audit, Internal Audit
∎ At least 5 years' experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Accounting, Country's Laws and Regulations and Compliance Services.
∎ Candidates having experience in non-government organization and Microfinance institutions are encouraged to apply.
∎ Ability to work independently under pressure and in rural environment.
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable over existing decent package for deserving candidates, including benefits as per company policy.
