∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA,ACA,ACMA

Accounting and Finance, Commercial/ Export-Import, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Taxation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition, Checking routine Bills / Invoices, Vouchers, and reports of Sales, imports, Production, Purchases, Liabilities, Payroll and material consumption etc.
∎ Responsible for the preparation of accurate, complete, and timely submission of required financial reports and financial positions.
∎ Facilitate management decision-making by conducting appropriate analysis of data and compilation of relevant statistical analysis.
∎ Monitor internal control, financial accounting system, Cost accounting system, Cash management system, Inventory, and asset management system to evaluate financial reporting systems, and accounting procedures, and make recommendations for changes and implement procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions
∎ Input to increase revenue, reduce cost, and business expansion so as to create a modern, efficient, and profitable organization.
∎ Assist in monitoring liability status, Interest of loans, Loan proposals, Sensitivity analysis and Cost of goods sold report, Make breakeven analysis, Cash inflow and outflow planning.
∎ Review all fund management process including documentation, track receipts of funds, and reviews interest and principal payments to be made.
∎ Ensure the company is fully compliant with accounting with Taxation, BOI, RJSC, and Internal and External audits.
∎ To coordinate the work related to capital rising through various modes like IPO, Rights Issue, Bond Issue, etc. from capital markets.
∎ Prepare capital budget for the year and review with Management
∎ Own and ensure budgets are met in revenues and expenses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
∎ Prepare and review a robust cash flow projection.
∎ Work with bankers and financial institutions to ensure timely repayment of loans, ensure de-securitization of properties at the right time
∎ Develop an excellent cash management process so as to effectively utilize the cash.
∎ Review & validate SOPs, policies and processes to ensure compliance
∎ Maintaining good relations with relevant authorities like Auditors, Banks, NBR, VAT authority, BIDA, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Commercial, and Taxation including VAT.
∎ Experienced in analytical, detail-oriented, organizational, strong communication skills, and excellent math skills.
∎ Good knowledge of ERP implementation in a Manufacturing concern.
∎ Good communication skill in English is compulsory
