Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters (Major in Accounting/ Finance)/ from reputed universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Good Health Clinic is looking for a young, energetic, self-motivated and proactive person who has at least 3-5 years experience (Accounts & Finance Department) in any reputed company.
∎ Experiences in the Hospital/Clinic industries are highly preferable.
∎ Job Location: Khulna Sadar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining necessary books of accounts of the organization (Cash book, Ledger. Registers, etc.).
∎ Posting all books of accounts through accounting software.
∎ Preparation of required vouchers & documents against receipts & fund disbursement.
∎ Developing statement of expenditure, call forward/fund request, and invoices as per the requirement of the project/organization.
∎ Overall financial management and planning including cash flow, management reporting, and Management Audit.
∎ Preparing required financial reports and statements.
∎ Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Processing of payments as required.
∎ Assist in organizing external audits of organization & projects.
∎ Prepare fund flow statements and documentation of financial records.
∎ Check the monthly payroll and computed/checked the lax deduction amount of the employee's salaries.
∎ Maintaining assets register and record Depreciation.
∎ Prepare an administrative budget based on the previous trend of financial data, and financial policy of the institution and ensure budgetary control.
∎ Accountable for overall management of finance, audit and accounting activities.
∎ Any other duties assigned by higher authority.

∎ The applicants should have vast experience in maintaining the books of accounts.
∎ Experiences in Hospital/Clinic industries are highly preferable.
∎ Good command in English both in writing & speaking.
∎ Has strong communication skill.
∎ Must have strong expertise in computer operation (Especially in MS Excel and Accounting related Software eg Quick Book or Tally).
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Leadership and Team Management skills.
