• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar position.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Practical knowledge of security systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify potential risks and threats.

• Sound knowledge of emergency response procedures.

• Retired personnel from Defense Services (Army / Navy / Air Force / Police) will be given preference.

• Assigning shifts, guiding, monitoring performance, and ensuring protocol adherence.

• Supervise and oversee the daily activities of the security team.

• Ensure proper implementation of company security policies and procedures.

• Regularly inspect and monitor security equipment and systems.

• Conduct security audits and risk assessments on a scheduled basis.

• Investigate security incidents and take appropriate corrective measures.

• Train and guide security personnel on emergency preparedness and response.

• Review and update security protocols regularly to ensure maximum effectiveness.

• Keeping upper management informed about security operations and issues.

• Participate in management meetings regarding security-related issues.
