Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/ Degree in any group from any reputed institution with adequate Knowledge in Security Management.
∎ Non Commissioned Officer from BMA will be given preferences

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Supervisor
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good commanding and control capability over the security department.
∎ Organizing the security department as per Company Security policy & should be ensure the Company safety
∎ To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company.
∎ Conduct regular patrol of interior and exterior of the building and properties and assets of the companies to establish and maintain full security control.
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly and delicately
∎ Maintain records of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles and other records as per requirement of the company.
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
∎ To keep the higher authority to inform of the overall.
∎ Introduce modern security equipment's.
∎ Manage and organize vehicle parking and direct in and out of the vehicles in orderly manner.
∎ Liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service
∎ Weekly, monthly train up to guards regarding their duties & responsibility as a security.
∎ Preventing and detecting offenses on sites.
∎ Respond to and investigate all complaints or incidents related to security issues and report ensuring remedial actions
∎ To make weekly/monthly duty roster for the security guards.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management time to time..

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ The applicants should be Retired Army/Air/Navy Defense person such Warrant Officer/ Sergeant/ Corporal
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

Salary: Negotiable
