Job Context:
∎ The Mobile Guard would make sure that Baridhara R/A will be well protected & secured. He
∎ has the ability for patrolling, monitoring and reporting techniques by exercising vigilance,
∎ integrity by identifying all potential threats, establishing appropriate mechanism against unlawful activities. Supervise the security guards (on duty) efficiently and effectively.
∎ JOB LOCATION: Baridhara Residential Area, Block-K, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full time employment status.
∎ Control & ensure all safety and security of Baridhara residential area (Block-K) with other security guards on duty. Ability to visit the entire area during job by motor-cycle to be provided by the Society.
∎ Controlling and managing power to monitor entire security team of Baridhara Soiety.
∎ To lead, appraise and ensure appropriate training of security personal on regular basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Sergeant of Army, RAB or Air Force and Police force;
∎ Preferred any security related professional training.
∎ Honest, Sincere and hard working
∎ Age not above 45-50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Height- 5'7" to 6", Eye sight 6/6, Good hearing;
∎ Can read & write Bangla & English;
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Ability to drive Motor cycle.

Salary: Negotiable
