Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Incumbents who had been court martialed / discharged on disciplinary ground, will not be considered.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures safety & security system of the entire Project and Office.
∎ Develops security management system to maintain safe work environment
∎ Takes preventive action in respect of safety & security aspect as deemed necessary for the organization
∎ Prepares duty roster of entire security staff & ensure their 24 hours duty
∎ Leads, supervise & monitor the security personnel for ensuring zero incident/theft
∎ Promptly respond on all emergencies if arises and keep liaison with police, RAB and other Govt. Security Agencies.
∎ Performs periodical audit on Project and Office security, safety & fire safety to find out hazards/improvement area, take the corrective and preventive action accordingly
∎ Ensure correct implantation of security/safety procedures.
∎ Report for any unwanted incident immediately to the authority
∎ Establish and maintains an effective Security force for the protection and safety of employees, facilities, and assets of the Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Security and Surveillance at day and night
∎ Retired Army Officers or candidates having minimum 10 years of experience as Manager in Private Security Agency, are eligible to apply.
∎ Physically well fit.
∎ Must be capable to ride (drive) Motorbike.
∎ Willingness to work in the company for long period.
∎ Candidates having security related certification, will be given preference.
∎ Good knowledge on information technology.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Candidate have to be Covid-19 vaccinated.
