Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of overall security plans and management of security operations of the organization.
∎ To ensure safety and security of factory premises & company assets.
∎ To conduct Safety and Security Training periodically
∎ To keep accounts of all necessary safety equipment and ensure its proper utilization
∎ To inspect and monitor personally deployment of guards physically at day and night as per roster and To run a smooth administration of the security team
∎ Must have knowledge of fire prevention measures and ability to organize firefighting acts at factory building/premises.
∎ To lead and train security staff and do their evaluation.
∎ Must have the ability of crisis management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Computer literacy.
∎ Strong leadership skill
∎ Physical Fitness
∎ Height minimum 5’-8'' or above
∎ Eye: 6/6 without glass
∎ Shall have a basic grasp of the English language.
∎ Shall know radio communication procedures.
∎ Must be able to work anywhere, as per top management desire
