Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Bhagalpur, Bajitpur, Kishoregonj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining discipline of the security personnel & section.
∎ Tightening up of security measures as per direction of the management.
∎ Regular inspection of security posts and sensitive points of the JIMCH at day & night.
∎ Preventing theft / pilferage in JIMCH area and entrance of unauthorized person including forcible occupation of land/property of JIMCH.
∎ Ensure that all security personals are in right order and perform their duties as per the requirement.
∎ Be responsible about the entire activities of the security personnel's of JIMCH area.
∎ Should have experience to work with CCTV surveillance team.
∎ Be fully aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures & conduct Mohara and Departments responsibility in an emergency.
∎ Individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc.
∎ To maintain the Security Operations Manual up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties & follow up the SOPs.
∎ All physical security to all the section of the Company.
∎ To manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and those priorities are always covered adequately.
∎ Overall responsibility for all the security staffs activities.
∎ Other duties assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10-15 Years, Rtd. Armed forces officer would get preference.
∎ Should have experience of maintenance a large team of 80 members / security guard.
