Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & auditing all the subordinates of the department
∎ Ensure that all supervisors and guards are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for the overall security of man, machine and information of the factory.
∎ Develop/update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
∎ Check & verify materials delivery challan with an approved gate pass.
∎ Arrange and conduct various security-related training for the development of Security.
∎ To ensure the security personnel is performing duties sincerely, smartly, and with dedication, distribute duty distribution & follow-up/monitoring.
∎ Ensure proper security check during in and out the time of employees.
∎ Maintain and keep updating different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc).
∎ Ensure traffic management and logistics during in and out time.
∎ Conduct regular 'Fall In' and training on security, fire & safety related activities for security guards.
∎ Individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc.
∎ Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records.
∎ Handle any security related issue in coordination with Factory Administration.
∎ Protects the factory and all employees and guests of the factory.
∎ Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have experience in Factory Environment for minimum 4-5 years.
∎ The candidate must be smart, proactive and have leadership skill
∎ The candidate should be in the rank of retired Sr. Warrant Officer from Bangladesh Army
∎ The candidate who are having Bachelor Degree shall be preferred
