Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate the daily operations of the security team, including scheduling, assigning posts, and monitoring performance.
∎ Develop and implement security procedures, protocols, and emergency response plans.
∎ Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
∎ Monitor security systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems, and respond to incidents as necessary.
∎ Investigate security breaches, incidents, and complaints, and prepare detailed reports.
∎ Recruit new security guards as per the requirements.
∎ Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other external security providers as needed.
∎ Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, policies, and best practices.
∎ Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and training.
∎ Manage the security budget and resources effectively.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the security team.
