• Preferred age range: 20–30 years (flexible based on experience)

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English

• Good interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently

• Patient, calm, and professional attitude when dealing with customers

• Self-motivated, energetic, hardworking, and result-oriented

• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to challenges

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

• Roster duty may be required, as monitoring operations run 24/7

• Monitor multiple live CCTV and surveillance camera feeds with high attention to detail.

• Operate and manage advanced surveillance software and hardware systems.

• Maintain chronological digital logs of all significant activities and incidents.

• Prepare daily reports and incident reports using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

• Review archived footage to investigate theft, accidents, security breaches, or policy violations.

• Coordinate emergency responses with field security teams and local authorities when required.

• Ensure all monitoring activities comply with local privacy laws and company security policies.

• Communicate professionally with customers, demonstrating strong listening and problem-solving skills.

• Meet assigned KPIs and perform duties responsibly under pressure.
