Petrol duty, Protocol, Security Monitoring
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Developer, Food (Packaged)/Beverage
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good commanding and control capability over the security department.
∎ Oversee and Management of all Security guards of the Company.
∎ Ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and delicately.
∎ Manage protection of Entire Factory Premise against unauthorized and illegal intrusion and safeguard the properties and assets contained therein.
∎ Identify pilferage, security lapses, administrative issues, and any other irregularities in the premises and report and coordinate actions.
∎ Conduct regular patrol of interior and exterior of the building and properties and assets of the companies to establish and maintain full security control.
∎ Maintain good relations with local law enforcement agencies.
∎ Ensure records of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles and other records as per the requirement of the company. Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
∎ To enhance the morale of the Security Personnel.
∎ Perform other related duties and tasks to be assigned by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of security protocols, access control system and emergency response procedures.
∎ Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high pressure situations.
∎ Physical fitness and the ability to perform security related tasks as needed.
∎ Knowledge of Compliance with Relevant laws and regulations related to security in the workplace.
Salary: Negotiable
