Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Retired from Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh Navy or any other approved relevant Defense background will get preference.
∎ Good in conflict management and problem solving ability.
∎ Good in safety and security.
∎ Skills Required: Security Incharge, Security Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Incharge, Security Officer, Security Supervisor
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing security operations and leading security teams.
∎ Monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel of the Factory.
∎ Ensure safety of the company's properties, assets and staffs.
∎ Maintain proper discipline of the security guards.
∎ Individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc.
∎ Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records.
∎ Handle any security related issue in coordination with Factory Administration.
∎ Report daily activities and any incidents to the management.
∎ Asses the needs of security enhancement for any emergency.
∎ Deal with incidents as and when required.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must always stay near the factory premises.
∎ Must have working experience related to security and safety.
∎ Working experience as security in-charge or officer in any Factory will be highly appreciated.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
