∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: Fire safety and First aid
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fire safety Management, Preferred Retired Army Officer, Security Incharge, Security surveillance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing security operations and leading security teams.
∎ Conducting security training, regularly monitor security register, security surveillance system.
∎ Ensure security compliance.
∎ Responsible to ensure cleanness in the premises.
∎ Daily floor visit and ensure housekeeping good condition.
∎ Update HR and Admin related documents and check periodically.
∎ Communicate with different vendor to ensure any development issue.
∎ Prepare duty roster and coordinate with the department and follow up regular basis.
∎ Follow up internal developmental civil, repairing work under administration.
∎ Conducting first aid, fire, security awareness, safety, induction training.
∎ Unannounced periodical checking at night shift.
∎ Ensure periodical check list for all fire equipment.
∎ Maintaining relevant local and governing authority relationship.
∎ Any others job assigns by line manager.
