• Must have graduation/masters from any reputed university.

• Must have at least 5 years’ security working experience with proven track record in any corporate environment. Working experience in oil and gas or safety sensitive organization will be treated as an additional advantage.
• Must have sound physical and mental strength to handle situation under strain condition.
• Sufficient working knowledge on office applications and generate reports.
• The candidate should have working experience in the similar or service industries.
• The candidate should have working experience in Security Operations and Security Management.
• Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/ Word/ Power Point),

Job Location - Sylhet Division (Jalalabad, Sreemangal, Habiganj).

We are seeking for few talented youths, energetic, professional, diversified male and female employees in our organization to work with and look after only security operation related issues of the company in different locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as an overall in – charge of Security Control Room
• Continuously monitor security environment within the operation area/ location.
• Monitor Client’s offices 24/7 through CCTV coverage.
• Monitor security news update and send report accordingly.
• Provide route clearance to the Client’s vehicle after analyzing the security situation and information taking from
• local LEA, deployed Field Security team and any other sources. Register all vehicle movement (DHK/Field), provide security clearance (JMP) and monitor through Vehicle Monitoring System.
• Monitor security environment during any shutdown, political event like blockade, strike, civil unrest, sudden violence, local road closure due to any accident, protest or demonstration etc. and maintain log with situation every after an hour or as an when required.
• Maintain and update all security plan and procedures.
• Plan and assign Close Protection Personnel (CPP) for expatriate movement.
• Dispatch QUICK RESPONSE TEAM & Host Government Forces team for any security emergency at the location and outside.
• Maintain and update gate pass signing authority list as per policy.
• Maintain and update employee emergency card distribution list.
• Provide headcounts during any security emergency mustering.
• Maintain and provide approved contractor personnel and visitor list to command post.
• Send business SMS to all employee and related personnel for any security situation using GPCMP.
• Send and update expatriate POB accordingly.
• Prepare and send location report in each shift.
• Prepare and discriminate daily report, Person on board (POB) report, patrol report, intelligence report, handing taking over report, incident report, security situation reports and other report as per SOP in timely manner.
• Maintain loss incident reports
• Serve as single point contact for security situation update for all employee
• Monitor and prepare activity log for explosive movement
• Monitor and prepare activity log for VIP movement.
• Prepare and download GMS report.
• Conduct security back ground check of vendor/contractor personnel and initiate report as per procedure.
• Maintain coordination with another SCR's
• Receive and disseminate any security information/issue to security department promptly.
• Response and deactivate external LEA during any security emergency.
• Dispatch on site response team for any CCTV alarm due to trespass, unauthorized entry, force entry, suspicious movement.
