∎ Minimum Bachelor degree and or Master's degree for Admission Officer & Section Officer in any discipline from any reputed university will be given preference.
∎ SSC for Office Attendance.

University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Correspondence with prospective students, applicants others seeking information on admission
∎ Providing relevant information about university, course curricula and tuition fees of CUST to the prospective students.
∎ Interpret and apply university policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
∎ Respond to admission inquiries by email, phone, social medias and in person.
∎ Daily reporting to supervisor.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records
∎ Plan student recruitment campaigns and data management
∎ Arrange Syndicate, Academic council meeting and prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Report on academic and non-academic scheduled activities like workshop, seminar, internship, field trip etc.
∎ Implementation of the decisions recorded in the Syndicate, AC and Departmental meeting.
∎ Any type of file preparing and assigned duties and responsibilities.
∎ Special Assignment from the management (if any).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent command over computer literacy is a must (Specially MS Word, Excel).
∎ Negotiation & Convincing skills.
∎ Must be fluent in verbal and written English and Bangla.
∎ The candidate must be hard-working, self-motivated, smart, and must have strong personality and ability to work under pressure.
