∎ Search for Officer - Sales & Marketing
∎ Being a market leader, Sajan Group is manufacturing NSF, USA certified CPVC Pipe & Fittings - the new generation plumbing system. Apart from this Sajan is manufacturing world class uPVC Pipe & Fittings and Bathroom Accessories. We also merchandise C.R.I Pumps (India) as their sole agent in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for some talented, energetic, dynamic and target oriented human resources in our sales team.
∎ "Sales Team" to strive business, establish brand and marketing to boost our all products sales network across the country.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leadership quality to monitor line manager strictly.
∎ Have to achieve pre fixed target monthly / quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly
∎ Follow up with clients and project visit.
∎ Prepare Monthly / quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly sales & collection plan/ budget for region.
∎ To create new dealer/distributor and ensure smooth distribution to each & every dealer/distributor point to minimize the waste of time & expenses of the company.
∎ Responsible for achieving individual's monthly/yearly sales target.
∎ To develop sales plans and budget to achieve the monthly / yearly sales targets.
∎ To plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize market gape.
∎ To motivate & trained up the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.
∎ To manage sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for Sales team's activities.
∎ Arranging market development programs to boost up relations and sales.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
