• Proven experience of 5 years as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent knowledge or training experience.

• Strong knowledge of Jira and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Excellent English communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to facilitate teams and foster collaboration in a remote setting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Role: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring our 3 Agile teams adhere to Scrum practices, removing double-works, from planning and execution to delivery and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Product Owner, and cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA Engineers to ensure the timely and successful completion of the project & smooth release of the upcoming versions.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• .Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Coach and mentor team members on Jira, Agile principles, and Scrum practices.
• Track and remove impediments to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor team performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within teams.
• Promote Agile methodologies across the organization and ensure the work process for all.
