Previous experience in working in the Char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage.

• Only Female

• The capability of inter-personal communication and willingness to visit door-to-door in the community level.

• She should have a pleasing personality and be respectable to the community.

• Flexible, highly committed & motivated to work in remote locations, specially in riverine and hard-to-reach areas.

Responsible For:

• Provide support to satellite clinic

• Logistic support

• Maintain registers.

• Stock management

Activities:

• Provide support to organize satellite clinic.

• Dispense medicine and maintain record in the register.

• Provide logistical support to community-based health service workers (FCM/CHWs)

• Provide support for field level requisition (medicine and logistics). 

• Facilitate in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the field.

• Maintain different types of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register, medicine & ANC/PNC Register).

• Undertake extensive visit in the field (at least 50% time).

• Undertake any other assignment given by the Management

• Appropriately follow safeguarding policy and code of conduct of the organization
