• At least an SSC level of education.

Skill and Competencies

• Experience in providing support to health care team is an added value
• Previous experience in working in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage.
• Acceptable to the people, who will listen and go to him/her.
• The capability of inter-personal communication and the willingness to do door-to-door visits in the community.
• She should have a pleasing personality and be respectable to the community.
• High commitment & motivation to work in remote places, especially in riverine areas

 Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the satellite clinic
• Logistic support
• Maintain registers.
• Stock management

Activities:

• Provide support to organize Satellite/ Static clinic services.
• Provide logistical support to community-based health service workers (FCM)
• Provide support for field-level requisition (medicine and logistics). 
• Facilitate in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the field.
• Maintain different types of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register, medicine & ANC/PNC Register).
• Undertake extensive visits in the field (at least 50% time).
• Undertake any other assignment given by the Management
