Skill and Competencies:

• Experience in providing support to health care team is an added value.
• Previous experience in working in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage.
• Acceptable to the people, who will listen and go to him/her.
• The capability of inter-personal communication and willing to door-to-door visit in the community.
• She should have a pleasing personality and be respectable to the community.
• Flexible, highly committed & motivated to work in remote locations, specially in riverine areas.  

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to satellite clinic.
• Logistic support.
• Maintain registers.
• Stock management.

Activities:

• Provide support to organize Satellite/ Static clinic services.
• Provide logistical support to community-based health service workers (FCM).
• Provide support for field level requisition (medicine and logistics). 
• Facilitate in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the field.
• Maintain different types of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register, medicine & ANC/PNC Register).
• Undertake extensive visit in the field (at least 50% time).
• Undertake any other assignment given by the Management.
• Appropriately follow safeguarding policy and code of conduct of the organization.
