Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assisting Senior Sales Staff:Shadow experienced sales staff during customer interactions to understand effective sales techniques.Provide support during product demonstrations by preparing equipment or assisting with technical explanations.
∎ Customer Interaction:Greet customers and guide them to the appropriate sales team member.Learn to assess customer needs and suggest suitable products under supervision.
∎ Upselling and Promotions:Assist in promoting current offers, discounts, or new products.Observe and practice cross-selling complementary products.
∎ Stock and Inventory:Help monitor stock levels and report shortages to the sales manager.Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
∎ Merchandising:Participate in setting up promotional displays and maintaining an attractive store layout.Ensure that promotional materials are updated and displayed effectively.
∎ Documentation:Learn to create sales invoices and maintain transaction records.Help track customer details and sales data for reporting purposes.
∎ Sales Techniques:Gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, negotiation, and upselling strategies.Understand how to identify customer needs and tailor product recommendations effectively.
