Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an energetic sales & technical representative that understands the importance of a great attitude, teamwork, being self-motivated and providing exceptional customer service. Having a great sense of humor and an enormous smile is a plus !
∎ Need to work in our outlet located in various shopping mall like Bashundhara, Jamuna Future Park, Shimanto Shombhar, Banani 11, Gulshan etc,

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate retail sales of mobile phones accessories and services to the general public, while demonstrating outstanding customer service
∎ Develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of products and services
∎ Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties
∎ Maintain personal action plans for the accomplishment of daily/month sales goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be willing to greet customers to build relationships and promote products
∎ Must have experience in the mobile accessories & service industry
∎ Must own a smart phone
∎ Must be willing to adhere to "retail hours." Flexibility and willingness to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
