Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspires team by rewarding their successes and advises them on their shortcomings
∎ Assigns tasks to members of the team
∎ Schedules employees, fulfilling daily hours requirements for full-time and part-time workers and keeping the business sufficiently staffed during all business hours
∎ Interviews potential new employees and determines if they're a good fit for the business
∎ Trains new employees
∎ Keeps detailed records of daily revenue and cash flow at the business site
∎ Reports to higher management when the business is over budget or not reaping expected profits
∎ Make strategic B2B partnership
∎ Organizes meetings for staff to discuss profits and losses, efficiency, and improvements
∎ Listens to employees, allowing them to express their opinions, illuminate issues, and suggest fixes
∎ Interacts with other managers at other sites
∎ Communicates with clients
∎ Addresses client complaints
∎ Represents the business and portrays it in a positive light (public relations)
∎ Makes sure that the business complies with all regulations both legal and set forth by the company
∎ Promotes an attitude of success, having a positive influence on all employees
