Job Responsibilities:
∎ Internet browsing and email communication skills.
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming calls and outgoing calls.
∎ Developing and maintaining the prospect database.
∎ Market research and testing in new and growing markets.
∎ Maintain close coordination with colleagues and update information.
∎ Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
∎ Quotations send to client & follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Have mentality for work long duration otherwise please don't apply
∎ Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Word, Excel skills
∎ Candidate should be self motivated and dynamic.
∎ Customer conveyance capacity, strong interpersonal communication and leadership skill are must.
