∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENT, Customer Support through Phone, Good communication skills
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer's experience.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via online messages and over the phone.
∎ Initiate sale, process the sale, follow up with the client.
∎ Provide after-sales support to gather important feedback from customers.
∎ Setting appointment for the project team and initiate the communication between the engineering team.
∎ Strong googling skill to answer customer's query instantly
∎ Read and analyze the document shared by the client and categorize
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 26 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy with good knowledge in Microsoft office.

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
