Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ IELTS/TOEFL scorers will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year in call center dealing foreign clients.
∎ The candidate must be a native of Sylhet and should possess fluent Sylheti dialect for Bengali.
∎ Excellent in spoken and written English. British accent is preferable.
∎ Needs to work from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM Bangladesh time.
∎ Ability to sell and communicate regularly with offshore clients over phone.
∎ Ability to provide quick support to customer problems and queries.
∎ Ability to liaise with the team, manageability of customer queries and forwarding to proper channels.
∎ Creating Leads, proficiency in market research and identifying potential customers.
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Word and Excel. Needs to have quick typing skills.
∎ Accustomed to ZenDesk Management, Google My Business will get preference.
