∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience of working in the category of ‘Dairy’ or ‘Frozen’ with a reputed company.
∎ Riding bike with a valid license.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving the allocated product wise Sales Target. Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales representatives and monitoring their performance to ensuring that they are also achieving their goals.
∎ Developing the associates (SRs) through on-the-job training.
∎ Tracking the performance of Distributors.
∎ Reporting the Sales Scenario in written to the line-manager in written on a weekly basis.
∎ Tracking the performance of the competitors in terms of offtake, merchandising, branding, sales policies, pricing, etc. to come up with the executable recommend to increase sales.
∎ Taking part in formulating the incentive policy of the Distributors and SRs.
∎
