Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Find & Meet new customers in the hardware markets
∎ Visit shops, dealers, and construction sites to promote Hi-Care products.
∎ Reach monthly sales targets and report your progress
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and dealers
∎ Give product information and explain benefits to customers
∎ Collect payments from customers on time and ensure proper documentation
∎ Collect feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.
∎ Follow up with customers after sales for support and repeat business
∎ Attend sales meetings and training sessions
∎ Work closely with the sales team and the office to ensure smooth operations
∎ Help organize product displays, demos, or promotions when needed
∎ Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)
∎ A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
∎ Additional training or certification in Sales & Marketing will be a plus
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales & marketing (hardware or similar industry preferred)
∎ Freshers are not allowed to apply
