Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and research potential customers
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
∎ Provide accurate quotes, negotiate prices, and discuss terms of sales agreements.
∎ Set and meet sales targets
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and tactics
∎ After a sale, ensure that customers are satisfied and address any post-sale issues
∎ Handle orders and paperwork, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately
∎ Continuously improve sales skills and stay up-to-date with industry knowledge
∎ Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and needs
