Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Diploma in Business Studies in Marketing
∎ BBA (Major in Marketing) fresh graduate can apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and reach out to potential customers.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
∎ Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules, to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the customer.
∎ Set and meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
∎ Provide after-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
