∎ Keeping in contact with existing customers.
∎ Making appointments & meeting with new customers.
∎ Achieving sales targets.
∎ Promoting new products & any special deals.
∎ Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
∎ Recording orders.
∎ Giving feedback on sales trends.
